Specialized Structural Design for Pipeline Loading
The structure of battery transfer trolley is optimized around the pipeline handling demand in depth to ensure the stability and practicality of the load.
In terms of load distribution, it adopts wider and thicker load beam design with multi-pivot support structure to evenly transfer the weight of pipeline to the whole vehicle, avoiding damage of equipment or deformation of pipeline caused by excessive local force.
Anti-rolling measures in place, in addition to adjustable limit plate, some customized battery transfer trolley are also equipped with curved non-slip grooves, which fit the round surface of the pipe, forming a triple fixation from both sides and the bottom, completely eliminating the risk of rolling during transportation.
The platform is highly customized, and the size of the carrying platform can be adjusted according to the diameter and length of the pipeline. Meanwhile, it supports the addition of guardrails, buffer pads and other accessories to meet the handling needs of pipelines of different specifications and to protect the pipeline and the environment at the site.

Core Technology for Reliable Operation
The core technology configuration provides strong support for the stable operation of battery transfer trolley, taking into account the efficiency and safety.
Battery system adopts high-capacity lithium battery, endurance up to 8 hours or more, to meet the needs of all-day high-intensity operations, while supporting fast charging mode, 1.5 hours can be charged 80%, to avoid the impact of insufficient power on the progress of the operation; charging mode is flexible to support the site fixed charging and mobile charging vehicle to replenish energy.
The drive motor adopts high-power DC motor with strong power, which can easily carry 6 tons of load on the road surface with 15° gradient. Meanwhile, it is equipped with frequency conversion speed control system, which realizes smooth startup and precise speed control, and adapts to the speed requirements of different operation scenes.
The braking system adopts electromagnetic braking + mechanical braking double guarantee, automatically locking the wheels after power failure, avoiding battery transfer trolley skidding, while the braking response is rapid, and can be instantly stopped in case of emergency, to maximize the protection of operational safety.
